ServiceNow ITAM (IT Asset Management) is the authoritative source for hardware and software asset records across the institution. It integrates with procurement, licensing, and configuration management to provide full lifecycle visibility for every device and software title.

Accessing the System

All IT staff have read access to the asset catalog. Write access for asset tagging or disposal requires the IT Asset Technician role. Request access through the IT portal: it.example.edu/access
