This 2-hour hands-on workshop will help faculty and staff recognize, report, and recover from phishing emails and social-engineering attacks.

  • How to identify suspicious emails, links, and attachments
  • Real examples of phishing campaigns targeting universities
  • How to use the “Report Phishing” button in Outlook
  • What to do if you accidentally clicked a malicious link
  • Password hygiene and multi-factor authentication best practices
