Password Requirements

All institutional accounts must meet the following password standards:

Self-Service Password Reset

  1. Go to identity.example.edu/reset
  2. Enter your institutional email address
  3. Verify your identity using your registered MFA method
  4. Enter and confirm your new password

If you are locked out, contact the IT Service Desk at +1-555-867-5309 or visit in person with valid photo ID.
